Literacy Grants

NEA Literacy Grants

NEA offers opportunities for teachers, education support professionals, and higher education faculty and staff to engage in high-quality professional development and growth.

Books Across America

The NEA Foundation, in collaboration with the National Education Association, annually makes $1,000 awards to public schools that serve economically disadvantaged students, in order to purchase library books. The awards are made possible with support from individuals who donate to the NEA's Books Across America fund. To learn about eligibility requirements, restrictions, and other guidelines, and to download an application, visit the NEA Foundation website.

Other NEA Reading Grants
